This is the result when you updated the variable/property name in the xcode script and it was already connected to a nib file. Let see you have declared as the following:</p>
<p>UILabel *label</p>
<p>next, you connect that into a nib file control. And then, go back to the xcode and rename it from &#8220;*label&#8221; to &#8220;*newLabel&#8221;. </p>
<p>To resolve this issue you need to disconnect/remove the link in the nib file and connect it again to the new name.<br />

<p>One solution that I have done is that</p>
<li>Open the .xib file</li>
<li>Connect the &#8220;view&#8221; to the &#8220;File&#8217;s owner&#8221;</li>
</ol>
